KATIBASTI (UPAKARMA) It is an Upakarma of Snehana in which Snehana of Kati (lumbar) region is done by pouring medicated oils on the affected area into the specially designed doug ring PROCEDURE: In this procedure dough ring of wet black gram powder is placed around area of pain in the lumbar region(for leakage purpose as a binding) thereafter luke warm medicated oil poured into the ring by which both Snehana and Swedana benefits are achieved.
